SBTHP & The SPACE invite you to Casa de la Guerra for 1st Thursday  on November 6 from 5-8pm to experience Reclaiming Our Stories: Reflecting on the Land

Reclaiming Our Stories: Reflecting on the Land is a traveling exhibition from California Humanities and Exhibit Envoy that explores the enduring relationships between California Native communities and the lands and waters they have tended for generations. Through Indigenous stories, artwork, and place-based perspectives, visitors are invited to reflect on history, culture, and belonging while discovering new ways of seeing the landscapes we all share.

Reclaiming Our Stories: Reflecting On The Land will be on display from October 29 – December 20, 2026 at Casa de la Guerra (15 E. De La Guerra Street) during regular museum hours (Thursday – Sunday, Noon – 4pm).

Reclaiming Our Stories: Reflecting on the Land is an exhibition from California Humanities developed with support from Exhibit Envoy. It tours thanks to generous funding from the 11th Hour Project, By the People: Conversations Beyond 250, and the Weingart Foundation.
