Three until Six O’clock
Casa de la Guerra

Enjoy delicious appetizers, superb wines, live and silent auction items and talented local art for exhibition and sale at the 4th annual Vinos, Tapas y Arte!

The Santa Barbara Trust for Historic Preservation proudly presents the 4th annual “Vinos, Tapas y Arte” on Saturday, September 26, 2009, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the historic social center of Santa Barbara—Casa de la Guerra.

The Casa has been at the heart of Santa Barbara’s history since its construction in the 1820s. Built by Presidio Comandant José de la Guerra, the Casa was the economic, political and social center of the pueblo of Santa Barbara. Today the restored home is a museum featuring original furnishings, a history of the de la Guerra family, and unique rotating exhibits.
