Welcome to

El Primer Batallón Ligero de Voluntarios de Aragón

 1805-1809

One of the few reenacting groups in Spain.

The officer on the left is the Captain, with the larger bicorn, sword, and epaulettes on both shoulders.  The fusilero, on the right, has his fusil, shorter coat, polainas and ventral cartridge box.
This Battalion covered itself with glory during the Siege of Zaragoza (1808-1809).

At the present time, this page is written in mixed Spanish and English, but it will eventually become a bilingual page, where you will be able to choose the language.
