We Provide:
Facility supervisor, access to a nearby parking lot on weekends, and use of a prep kitchen located onsite, and can suggest musicians, florists, caterers, rental companies, and event insurance.

Also Available:
Docent guided tours of Casa de la Guerra interior museum space, privacy fence. Additional charges apply.

Rental Rates:
$1,000 for six hours ($100 each additional hour)
$1,000 refundable damage/security deposit.
Optional $250 for fence (including set up & take down)
Optional $100 for a docent tour of the museum

How to Rent Casa de la Guerra for your Event

1.  Check Availability (Email Facilities Rentals Coordinator)
2.  Download Casa de la Guerra Courtyard Contract and Rental Agreement (.pdf)
3.  Return Rental Agreement Reservation Form with a $250 non-refundable deposit
4.  Return Rental Balance, Security Deposit, Proof of Insurance, and Event Rental Form within 60 days of your event*
